Amida AL4000 Lighting Tower

The Terex Amida AL4000 mobile lighting tower is a strong and robust machine, designed and built specifically for the construction industry, and has been accepted as the UK's preferred metal halide mobile lighting tower.

This mobile floodlight's cabinet is a bolt-together assembly, giving quick and easy access, and potential repair savings over monocoque cabinet machines when damage occurs.

The outriggers and jacklegs are all on quick release spring pins for positive engagement and locking. With the outriggers positioned correctly, the AL4000 mobile lighting tower can withstand a 100kph wind whilst fully extended.

The polypropylene fuel tank is 30-gallon capacity - giving 60 hours continuous flood lighting.

The Engine is a diesel, water-cooled, robust Kubota D905 - and the alternator a self-exciting Leroy Somer, both of which have been conclusively proven in the field.

The mast made of hot-dip galvanized steel, extends to 9.1 meters and rotates through 360°, allows flexible mobile lighting coverage over large areas. In addition the mast has no steel on steel friction points, all packers are nylon and 360-degree rotation is on nylon bushings.

The AL4000 mobile lighting tower has an auxiliary power output of either 120v or 240v; both protected by a main breaker and a secondary breaker.

The four 1000w Amida metal halide heads are a specific design, each yielding 110,000 lumens of bright white light, metal halide flood lighting affords up to three and a half times more light than the equivalent wattage tungsten halogen.

The AL4000 mobile lighting tower CE is a fully surge and parking braked unit suitable for road use across Europe, whilst the tiedown points ensure that it will arrive safely.

The forklift pockets along with the craning eye provides total maneuverability on site.
